The SME-3120C PCB anti-soldering ink screen plate cleaning machine is a specialized machine designed for cleaning anti-soldering ink screen plates in the PCB industry. The machine uses NACO3 water solution instead of the traditional washing water, automatically cleaning the anti-soldering ink screen plates. After cleaning, it rinses with clean water, then blows off the water droplets on the screen plate surface with compressed air to ensure the cleanliness of the screen plate surface and mesh holes. The machine adopts an electrical combination method, controlled by PLC and operated via a touch screen.
