The SME-3120C PCB Solder Mask Ink Screen Cleaning Machine is a dedicated equipment specially developed for cleaning solder mask ink stencils in the PCB industry. It uses Na₂CO₃ aqueous solution to replace traditional screen washing solvents, automatically cleans solder mask ink stencils, rinses the stencils with clean water after cleaning, and then uses compressed air to blow off water droplets on the stencil surface, ensuring the cleanliness of the screen stencil surface and mesh holes. The machine adopts an electro-pneumatic hybrid design, controlled by PLC and operated via a touch screen.
