SME-800II is a water-based electric dual stencil cleaning machine, designed for SMT solder paste stencil cleaning, which can clean 2 solder paste stencils simultaneously in one machine. The machine adopts a unique mechanism with fixed spray bars and air knives while the stencils move reciprocally, automatically completing the whole processes of cleaning, rinsing and drying in one unit, ensuring the equipment's stability, reliability and high-quality cleaning performance.

　　1. The whole body is made of 304 stainless steel, which is acid and alkali resistant, sturdy and durable, with a designed service life of 15 years.
　　2. Capable of cleaning 2 SMT solder paste stencils at the same time, improving cleaning efficiency and saving cleaning solution.
　　3. Adopts a unique motion mechanism — the stencils move back and forth while the spray bars and air knives remain stationary, making the machine run more stably.
　　4. Uses water-based cleaning solution, with real-time circulating filtration for rinsing DI water, suitable for precision stencil cleaning.
　　5. One-touch operation, the processes of cleaning, rinsing and drying are automatically completed in one go according to the preset program.
　　6. Equipped with a compressed air recovery pipeline to recycle residual chemical liquid inside the pump, effectively saving 50% of the cleaning solution.
　　7. Supports automatic liquid feeding and draining, as well as automatic water feeding and draining functions.
　　8. Controlled by PLC program, parameters such as solution temperature, cleaning time, rinsing times/duration, rinsing temperature, drying time and drying temperature are editable and adjustable.
