SME-9000 is an in-line, integrated, fully automatic super PCBA cleaning machine. It is used for the in-line cleaning of organic and inorganic contaminants such as rosin flux and no-clean flux residues left on PCBA surfaces after soldering in SMT placement and THT insertion processes. It is widely applied in industries including automotive electronics, military, aviation, aerospace, communication, medical treatment, Mini LED and intelligent instruments. It is suitable for centralized cleaning of large-batch PCBA, taking both cleaning efficiency and cleaning effect into account.

　　2. High-flow cleaning method, which can effectively remove organic and inorganic contaminants such as flux on PCBA pads and product surfaces.
　　3. The processes of pre-cleaning, cleaning, chemical isolation, pre-rinsing, rinsing, final spray rinsing, air cutting and infrared hot air drying are completed in sequence.
　　4. Automatic addition and discharge of cleaning solution; DI water is automatically supplemented and renewed through the overflow mode from the rear section to the front section.
　　5. Up and down spray cleaning method, with adjustable pressure for cleaning solution and DI water.
　　6. The high-flow and high-pressure cleaning method with chemical liquid can fully penetrate into the gaps at the bottom of BGA and CSP for thorough cleaning.
　　7. Equipped with multiple spray rods and various nozzle configurations, it is suitable for cleaning high-precision PCBA with different micro pitches.
　　8. Equipped with PH value detection and resistivity monitoring system to detect the quality of cleaning solution and rinsing water in real time.
　　9. Air knife air cutting + ultra-long infrared hot air circulating drying system.
　　10. PLC control system with Chinese/English operation interface, which facilitates convenient setup, modification, storage and calling of programs.
　　11. SUS304 stainless steel body, pipes and components, sturdy and durable, resistant to acidic and alkaline cleaning solutions.
　　12. Cleaning solution concentration detection is optional.
