SME-6140 is an in-line, integrated, fully automatic PCBA water cleaning machine. It is designed to remove organic and inorganic contaminants such as rosin flux and no-clean flux residues on PCBA surfaces after soldering in SMT placement and THT insertion processes. Widely applied in automotive electronics, military, aerospace, communication, medical, MiniLED, intelligent instrumentation and other industries, it is suitable for centralized cleaning of large-volume PCBA, balancing cleaning efficiency and cleaning performance.

　　5. The upper and lower DI water spraying pressure is adjustable with a pressure gauge display.
　　6. The DI water spraying pressure can reach 60PSI, which can fully penetrate the gaps at the bottom of PCBA for thorough cleaning.
　　7. Equipped with a resistivity monitoring system with a measurement range of 0~18MΩ.
　　8. PCB flat mesh belt conveying system for stable operation.
　　9. PC control system with Chinese/English operation interface, which facilitates convenient setup, modification, storage and calling of programs.
　　10. SUS304 stainless steel body, sturdy and durable, resistant to acidic and alkaline cleaning solutions.
　　11. A liquid leakage receiving tray is installed at the bottom of the equipment, with liquid leakage detection and alarm function.
