The SME-280 Automatic Squeegee Cleaning Machine is mainly used for automatic cleaning of screen printing squeegees contaminated with screen printing ink, silver paste, sealant and other residues.
The machine adopts the process of eco-friendly cleaning solution cleaning, clean water rinsing and hot air drying, to ensure the squeegees are thoroughly cleaned and dried after the process. During cleaning, the squeegees are fixed on a circular squeegee holder which rotates continuously. Combining the vibration effect of ultrasonic waves, the kinetic energy of spray jet and the chemical decomposition capacity of eco-friendly cleaning solution, the machine completely removes residues from the squeegees, followed by clean water rinsing and final hot air drying. The cleaned squeegees can be directly taken out for use after the whole process is finished.

7. A visual window is installed on the cleaning chamber, allowing the entire cleaning process to be clearly observed.
8. Equipped with a color touch screen and PLC control system, the machine runs strictly according to the set program, and all cleaning parameters can be customized as required.
9. Independent dual-pump and dual-system design for cleaning and rinsing, with separate dedicated tanks and independent pipelines for each process.
10. Real-time filtration system for both cleaning and rinsing processes ensures that the removed solder balls will not reattach to the squeegee surface.
11. The cleaning solution and rinsing water can be recycled and reused, which reduces cleaning costs and lowers waste discharge.
12. Equipped with a diaphragm pump to realize fast liquid filling and draining operations.
